The light is LED and offers an OEM plug to the existing wiring harness, which is a nice touch as no splicing is required.
Now, this won't be a huge issue as you can easily add a little glue to reinforce the adhesion. The neoprene is coming undone from the metal (see pics). However there is an issue with the neoprene padding that is attached to the back end. The tail under-plate is also made of the same textured steel and the cut and metal work is excellent, as well. It appears of good to excellent quality, with no jagged edges and a complete coverage of the coating, so I give it an A. The license plate portion with 'MD' cutout is made of metal (steel) coated in a textured powder coating. I received the kit today, so shipping was quick and delivery was about 3 days from West coast to East.
